I train and consult
individuals, partners and small groups.
I will listen to your goals and work with you to achieve them. My current clients’ needs and goals are varied. They range from changing unhealthy lifestyles in order to lose weight to improving athletic performance in specific sports such as running, cycling, and playing tennis.
Depending on your goals, needs and ability we will find the right training option for you.
EXERCISE & NUTRITION COACHING
Whether you are looking to lose fat, increase your strength and flexibility, or improve your athletic performance, I can help. After an initial assessment of your goals, past and current physical activity, body movement and fitness assessment, I will design an individual fitness, nutrition and “new habits” program that will ensure you achieve the results you desire!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training is the perfect solution for people looking for the benefits of one-on-one training at a more affordable price. Ideal for groups of 3 to 5 individuals.
A small group environment allows you to get the personal attention necessary to improve your exercise technique and enhance your workout routine while, at the same time, providing the benefits of a supportive, encouraging and committed group of people like yourself.
Exercise science research has demonstrated that human beings working in group situations are able to perform fitness activities at a significantly higher level compared to individuals performing fitness activities alone. The research is even more definitive for individuals trying to lose weight. More success is achieved when working in a group.
