My approach to training is based on my years as a national level track & field athlete in Eastern Europe, my continuing education in the latest training technologies, and my ongoing study of the scientific literature; however my focus is on you, your goals and finding ways for you to achieve them, with a smile.
My clients range in age from 7 to 70, and are at all levels of fitness. Whether you are looking to start a health and exercise program, train for an upcoming competition, or simply looking for ways to increase your strength, flexibility and energy while juggling a busy life, I offer fun and effective strategies.
